CZ Roll Forming Machine With Punching
This machine use metal coil as material, through decoiler, leveling, punching, cut off, roll former. It is no need to remove any parts, through the PLC, automatic conversion to required size , that is, the different sizes is completed by adjusting the combined mould, and punching, fixed length and other processes are completed at one time, the production process is fast, stable and safe.
B. Product description
This CZ purlin machine can produce C-shape U-shape and Z-shape purlins with the web width of 100mm to 300mm. Material can be roll formed are galvanized steel coils with 1.5-4.0mm thickness. Main components of this production line are decoiler, guiding and leveling device, pre-punching device, roll former, hydraulic cutting device, collecting table, hydraulic station, etc.

E. Purlin Roll Forming Machine Description and Features
1. In order to meet the requirements of the rapid construction of the main steel structure, a stable platform is provided in a short period of time, and the construction method of laying steel plates in multiple layers and pouring concrete plates in layers is adopted.
2. Using the floor slab as the tensile reinforcement of the concrete slab can improve the rigidity of the slab and save the consumption of steel and concrete.
3. The embossing on the surface of the profiled steel plate makes the maximum bond force between the plate and the concrete, and makes the two combined with the stiffener, so that the plate system has a higher strength.
4. Under cantilever condition, the length of the slab that can only be suspended as a permanent formwork can be determined according to the cross-sectional characteristics of the slab.
