Polyurethane resin,curing agent,and foaming agent are delivered to high-speed mixing head in certain proportion through metering pump,evenly mixed and continuously coat on basal plate by coating head’s reciprocating motion,then enter into double crawler machine with plate,foam and cure between the top and bottom layer of heated double crawler machine;when it is cured and shaped,the trimming device on both sides will get it into accurate size.Finally,the sizing following tracing cutting machine cut off it as per preset length.
